Cheap plastic rubbish
Customer service a joke, and items are cheap rubbish. Ordered a bag, then they gave me 15% off, so ordered again to get discount snd send first bag back. No email sent to tell they had arrived at pick up location. Tried bag fir 1 day, but cheap plastic fabric just makes your back sweat. Tried to speak to chat, but they had no clue and I’ll advised to return it. Then she did not know and had to ask. Emailed, but that still has not been properly responded to. If you want cheap crap, and dire customer service, go ahead ! You will be disappointed.

I purchased three pairs of base layer…
I purchased three pairs of base layer pants in November and three pairs of sweat pants the year before from Under Armour. All of those items are in my giveaway. I am absolutely appalled by how quickly they look like trash and fall apart – and I don't even use a tumble dryer! To my surprise, I purchased one pair of Nike Pro base layer pants at the same time, and those are holding up far better. All of these have equal wear, as I cycle through them and then wash them. Under Armour clothes are of terrible quality and quite honestly, it's an absolute joke. Clearly, this company is riding its brand recognition.

Well don’t I feel like an idiot for not…
Well don’t I feel like an idiot for not checking Trust Pilot first!!! Item ordered for collection but I was never told the item arrived and it was sent back when I didn’t collect it. Rather than offer an explanation as to why I wasn’t told, they tell me I now must wait 3 weeks for a refund and should order again. I don’t think so!!!

IGNORED BY CUSTOMER SERVICES! ZERO STARS
Contacted Customer Service in September and October of last about two faulty items. To date, I have had no contact back from them whatsoever!! Our family has since stopped buying from them. The customer makes these companies, the companies need customers. So it makes perfect sense to ignore a customer when your product turns out faulty. Appalling behavior! SHOP ELSEWHERE!!

Under armour do not respond to any of their suggested ways to contact
I ordered 2 womens baseball caps on the 20th of May. It is now the 1st of June. I have heard nothing about this order only the confirmation of order email. I rang the number on the website, there was no dialing tone. The chat box on the website keeps indicating my emai is invalid. I emailed and obviously there has been no response. The worst company I have ever not had to deal with, they just do not respond to anything through their suggested contacts. I was unaware of how bad under armour was until I placed an order directly with them.

Worst "customer service"
***UPDATE - June 9th 2023 - I did not receive a call back from anyone. The payment ended up going through the second time they tried. Order arrived quickly*** I ordered a bunch of things online. When I got the confirmation email I assumed all was good. About 30 minutes after that I received another email stating my payment didn't go through. I checked my account and there was more than enough money there to cover the order. As per their second email I called customer service. I was on the phone for 16 minutes and she's telling me she can't help me. I reiterate the email says to call and either try the payment again or use another method of payment. She said she couldn't do anything for me at this time.I then say I would like to cancel the order. She couldn't do that either. I then ask to speak to a supervisor and she asked if a supervisor could call me back. I was caught off guard by this. As all I was wanting to do is retry the payment and then cancel. It is now 5pm eastern standard time on a Friday and I have not received a call. Huge disappointment as I have normally shopped instore this was my first online purchase. I will not be shopping with Under Armour again.

worst customer service return label…
worst customer service return label doesnt print then take 40 min phone call to fix it they have to reado the whole exchange , I get the email 1 piece is missing and the color of an item is wrong! Once its right they then send you a screen shot of the return label and you cant see any of the letters and numbers! The mail man wont be able to do anything with this!

Scammed to give data with no discount
Landing page asked me to sign up my email to receive a discount, discount never sent but bombarded with emails of ‘deals’ reached out to their instant message customer service - who I think was just a bot- they did not help and sent me to email head office which was ridiculous. I received no response, scammed to give them my data - avoid.

I tried exchanging a $60 long sleeve…
I tried exchanging a $60 long sleeve shirt that I received as a Gift. Upon presenting the gift receipt and the shirt with the tags on for exchange I was informed that I would only be reimbursed less that $9 since it was just over their 90 day return limit. All other men's stores I shop at will give you the value on the gift exchange as an exchange or a gift card. Needless to say, I did not proceed with the exchange and would rather donate the shirt to someone in need. I will never shot at an Under Armor store and urge all readers of this experience to think twice on buying anything at their store.

AWFUL service and non-delivery of paid items
Ordered 4th May (Thursday) dispatched Friday 5th May via UPS. In order to save money and the environment (as recommended by UA) I elected for pickup point UPS for FREE. The item was attempted to be delivered to this Pickup point 3x over the last week, all unsuccessful. At present i have had NO delivery, and NO Refund of my money. UA customer service is abysmal and you only get to chat to a BOT. Pointless as they cant help you. The phone number is constantly dead. the email messaging system is slow. They literally couldnt care less. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. I am now over £43 down, and I have no items. UA doesn't care. UPS doesn't care. I want my money back immediately.,and the "customer service" is a total joke. Save your money and buy another brand- youll thank me for it.

Ordered 2 Shirts March 25/202. Sent several eMails. No reply no shirts. Called them 2 times given 2 new dates for delivery. Never came. Under Amour will no longer get my business. Used to use them for everything. Now they take my money and send nothing and do nothing. Ridiculous !

order received in time, help desk quick to reply
before ordering to Portugal I read here a lot of negative reviews about the orders not being sent or having a very long waiting time. in my case, everything went smoothly, the order was received on time, and under armour help desk replied quickly to my inquiries

Under Armour Women's Leggings: A Comfortable and Functional Workout Pant
A few months ago, I bought a pair of Under Armour Women's Leggings and I'm extremely pleased with my purchase. The high waistband is very comfortable and doesn't slip down during workouts. It works well at keeping me cool and dry, even during intense exercise. The ankle length is just right for me and the leggings have held up well after multiple washings.
